The Patricia is a charming Victorian Guest house ideally situated close to the beach, shops, Conference Centre and all local amenities.
All rooms are en-suite and include beverage making facilities, trouser-press, hair-dryer and freeview TV along with e-mail and internet access. At no extra charge we have a cosy lounge/bar and offer good home cooking with a choice of breakfast and evening meals if required.
We have a varied selection of rooms including a ground floor room (double), a superior first floor (twin), a romantic four-poster room and for those who like lots of space or massive ’ by ’ bed.
We offer all year round discounted breaks and have special Christmas and New Year packages.
The new owners, Kath and Roy, are always on hand to make your stay an enjoyable one.

From M5
Follow A380 to Torquay. Follow signs for Seafront. At seafront turn left, then first left into Belgrave Road (corner of Torre Gardens/Belgrave Hotel). 600 yds on left hand side, just after juction of Falkland Road and Lucius Street.
Public Transport Directions
From Torquay Railway Station
Turn left into Rathmore Road, bear right into Falkland Road. At junction Falkland Road/Belgrave Road turn left, we are 60yds on left.
