Its locality caters for all comers and can be reached from the town centre and harbour in around 5 minutes through one of the traditionally narrow winding paths of Brixham.

Each room contains wooden beds and sleep 2, cabinets and chests of drawers. LCD television in each with free view and a few contain telescopes for watching boats.
