The Nest is a stylish spacious first floor 2 bedroom flat. The master en-suite bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed , chest of drawers, clothes rail, dressing table with mirror and a smaller magnifying mirror, plus a makeup light and hair dryer. The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage for plenty of clothes and personal effects. The flat is bright and well equipped with a large smart television and WiFi. A day bed and trundle provides sleeping for a further two people in the lounge, which has 2 3-seater sofas in addition to the daybed. In the kitchen there is a dining table seating 6 and a breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, full oven and hot plate, toaster and kettle. Both bathrooms have large walk in showers. Extra blankets are provided and towels and beach towels are all supplied and can be replenished mid stay on request. Equipment for children is available on request including travel cots and bedding , bed guard, step stool, baby bath, potty and high chair. Your furry friend is very welcome but please do not leave them unattended in the flat and please keep them off the furniture. Parking for 1 car can be provided on request and there is further on road free parking at the front of the property. 

The Nest is within easy level walking distance of Paignton, Goodrington and Preston beaches as well as Splashdown Waterpark, Paignton Zoo, the Steam Railway and much more. Easily accessible are Brixham, Torquay and Totnes by car/ public transport, and Dartmoor National Park by car.
