Who is a BID Levy Payer?

An ERBID levy payer is any business located within the BID area (which covers Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, Babbacombe, and surrounding areas) which falls into one of the categories in the table below. These are the categories that have been designated as benefitting from visitor destination marketing.

Every eligible business pays 1.95% of its premises rateable value. There is a minimum levy contribution of £150 per annum.
