The English Riviera BID Company Ltd operates the main Visitor Information Centre in Torquay which is ideally situated on Torquay’s vibrant harbour side with convenient parking close by. Please telephone us on 01803 211211 or email enquiries@englishrivierabid.co.uk to contact us.

The service proudly holds the 2023/2024 South West England Silver Award, 2023/24 Gold Devon Award for Visitor Information Service Provider of the Year, 2014 Visit England Silver Award for Visitor Information Provider of the Year in addition to the Visit Britain Partnership Award for Service and Quality, and all our staff undergo ongoing training, including the Welcome English Riviera customer service course.
The office is situated on the ground floor, with ramp making it easily accessible for wheelchair users. There is also a hearing loop, should you require help in this area. The staff can also advise on the hire of a mobility scooter, wheelchair or find you accessible accommodation to make your stay more pleasant.
The Visitor Information Centre offers a large range of services including accommodation booking, theatre and event tickets.
Whether you are a visitor looking for information, are a language school student, or a visiting journalist, the English Riviera Visitor Information Centre staff will be able to assist you.
