A licensed restaurant serves local quality produce, and you can visit our organic kitchen garden and rose garden. A new addition is The Ark Play Area, suitable for all children including those with disabilities. The 450-acre park is made up of formal parkland with cricket pitch and historic church, ornamental lakes and woodland walks. Nearby is the famous thatched village. Catch the Cockington bus or arrive in a horse drawn carriage.

Cockington is located off the main Torbay seafront road (A3022). Follow the brown signs to Cockington by the Livermead Hotel. Cockington Court parking is accessible by following the left turning by the Drum Inn.
Nearest station is Torquay station. The number 12 bus from Torquay, Paignton or Brixham serves Cockington. Alight at the Livermead Hotel on the seafront and enjoy a pleasant walk along the boardwalk through the water meadows. The Cockington bus caught from the top of the Torbay Hotel serves Cockington every 20 mins in summer, Monday – Friday. In March, April and October (10:00 – 14:00) and on Wednesdays (10:00 – 14:00) in winter.
