With ample space for families to relax and friends to unwind, the property is just a short walk to the harbour and town’s amenities. Boasting free car parking for 2 cars on a private drive, a rarity in Brixham, steps lead up to the balcony and into the welcoming sitting room.
Furnished with cream leather sofas and chairs positioned for taking in views between rooftops of the harbour below.
A dining room with further comfortable seating leads through to the galley style kitchen with breakfast bar, a convenient spot to perch for morning coffee.
The ground floor bathroom can be found at the rear of the property with a back door opening onto an enclosed courtyard with seating.
Three attractive and bright bedrooms can be found upstairs, dressed with coastal flourishes and colours.
A spacious kingsize double with superb views towards the harbour and out to sea.
A twin room and further bunk room that children will love, complete the accommodation.
To the front, a terraced balcony with seating will be a favoured place to enjoy the comings and goings of the harbour below, whilst soaking up the coastal air.
A thriving fishing port and now very popular tourist destination, Brixham has something to offer all ages and interests.
A short walk downhill from the cottage will take you to the busy harbour, lined with cafes and restaurants, a lovely spot to sit and watch as the trawlers land their daily catch.
Stroll along beside the marina and on for a dip in the iconic Shoalstone sea water swimming pool.
For a swim in the sea, Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove can be reached on foot and a little further away the magnificent beaches of Torbay are perfect for family days out.
For younger ones there are plenty of attractions including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, the steam railway and Quaywest Waterpark.
Agatha Christie’s Greenway House is nearby at Galmpton.
This location makes for a memorable seaside stay at any time of year.
