Within walking distance of both Paignton beach and Goodrington, just off Roundham Gardens and a stones’ throw from the popular attractions of Quay West waterpark, the property is also convenient for the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway.

There are two designated parking spaces on the driveway and the townhouse is approached across a sun trap patio with seating to enjoy the sea views.

A utility room houses the boiler and offers a further stainless steel sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, airer and large fridge/freezer. There is also a cloakroom with WC and wash basin off the utility room

Dining Room/Area - The large dining room is on the ground floor off the front patio, and contains a wooden dining table with nine chairs

Furnished with twin beds and bunk beds suitable for adults, a wardrobe with mirror, matching two drawer bedside unit, a three drawer chest with mirror on, a wicker chair and hair dryer

Z-bed and futon are available for occasional use, or for the use of children

Bedroom 3 - Located on the second floor the room is furnished with a double bed, two drawer bedside units, a matching three drawer chest with mirror and a wardrobe with mirror

Family Bathroom - The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over and screen, WC, basin with mirror over, light and shaver point
