Elkins Cottage is a spacious and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom property. Originally a fisherman's cottage part of a traditional colourful terrace overlooking the bustling fishing harbour of Brixham. The cottage with it's views of the sea to the front has a terraced garden to the rear providing space to relax and dine al fresco.
Elkins Cottage boasts a wonderful location in the heart of Brixham, with only a short walk down to the harbour with it's many restaurants and cafes, along with independent shops and local amenities. It is an ideal spot to start exploring the beautiful south Devon Coast with it's sandy beaches and dramatic coastline as well as other local attractions such as Paignton Zoo, Berry Head Nature Reserve and Greenway Estate home of Agatha Christie.
Elkins Cottage is a stylishly decorated home, on entering the cottage into a small entrance hall you move into the warm and inviting sitting room with it's wood burning stove and comfortable seating, leading into the large kitchen dining room. To the back are French doors out to a yard with steps leading up to the terraced garden. On the first floor there is a cosy double bedroom with an original fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe and fabulous views of Brixham, whilst the bathroom and the twin room are found at the back of the cottage, the large twin room has a door leading to the garden with a decked walkway. On the top floor you will find a beautifully presented king size room with views not only of the harbour but across the bay to Torquay.

Parking - There is street parking on Elkins Hill on a first come basis. It is a steep hill and other parking can be found in Great Rea Road at the top of the hill providing flatter parking.
