Braeside Mews self-catering holiday apartments are situated in the heart of the English Riviera in an enviable location a few minutes walk to Goodrington beach and Quaywest waterpark in Paignton. Ground floor

There is a large, fully fitted kitchen/dining area with TV, sofa, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washer/drier. Cloakroom.

First Floor

Lounge with French doors leading onto the balcony, enjoying side-sea views.

Bedroom two with double bed and en-suite shower room.

Second floor

Master bedroom with double bed. En-suite bathroom with full bath and shower over. Sink & toilet.

Bedroom 3 has zipper beds which are shown above as two singles. They can be zipped together to make a Kingsize bed.

Bedroom three also has an en-suite shower room.

Bed linen and towels are provided (1 bath towels and 1 hand towel per person).

The house has free WIFI.

A travel cot and high chair is available.

There is an allocated parking space.

A no smoking policy is in operation.

No pets of any description are allowed.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Payment is by cheque or BACS. The balance becomes due 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is payable with the final balance and is returned within 2 weeks of departure.
