The apartment has an allocated parking space for one car and there are regular bus services to neighbouring towns of Paignton, Torquay, Kingswear, Dartmouth and access to other South Devon locations.

From its secluded and elevated position, there are wonderful, panoramic views of Brixham and across Tor Bay. This accommodation is not suitable for visitors with limited mobility as access to the property is via a staircase. Dunlin, 4 has delightfully wide windows and patio doors allowing plenty of day light and sunshine to stream in and the private, decked balcony is an idyllic spot to watch the sun set. The patio has luxury rattan furniture including a dining table and four chairs and stools for alfresco dining and guests have full access to the complex’s communal outdoor swimming pool which is open daily until 7pm during the warmer months.

The spacious, open plan living room and kitchen area has modern facilities including a large flat screen TV with Freeview channels, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dunlin 4, The Cove overlooks attractive woodlands and the delightful Battery Gardens (0.1 mile), known as the ‘Grandstand of Torbay’ filled with a natural landscape of trees, shrubs, wild orchids and bluebells. It’s also only a short pleasant stroll to all the town’s amenities and attractions including Brixham Fish Market, Brixham Harbour, Golden Hind Museum Ship (0.7 miles); Brixham Theatre, Brixham Heritage Museum (1 mile) and the town centre.
