Bay Cottage is a delightfully decorated cosy 3 bedroom fisherman’s cottage in the heart of the pretty historical fishing town of Brixham. Bay Cottage is very well equipped, sleeping up to six people and is also dog friendly, so that your best friend can join you on your latest adventure. Also boasting garage parking which is very rare so close to the town, meaning you can park up for the week and explore everything that Brixham has to offer on foot or go further afield to Torquay and Dartmouth by ferry should you wish. Bay Cottage is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break away as a couple, family or friends and an ideal base for exploring everything the lovely Brixham has to offer.

As you enter the property on the ground floor you have the living room area to your right, with a large stylish corner sofa and wood burner, this room is perfect for unwinding at the end of a long day exploring.  Across the hall is the dining room with a further log burner, this room is conveniently just off the kitchen which has all the amenities to rustle up some good home cooked food if you just fancy a nice night in. There is a door from the kitchen to a further kitchen/utility area with washing machine, which leads out onto the perfectly enclosed wrap around courtyard garden and sun terrace which is perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying that late evening glass of wine or early morning pot of coffee. The bathroom is downstairs and benefits from a shower enclosure as well as a separate bath.  

Upstairs are the bedrooms, a king-size master bedroom with Smart TV and hanging/drawer storage. A second bedroom with a king-size zip and link bed, which can be separated upon request to create a twin bedroom, then there is a third bedroom access through a door in the second bedroom which has a 4ft double.

With everything on your doorstep, there are so many places to explore in and around Brixham, with its bustling fishing harbour, beach, lido and lovely local boutique style shops and bars and restaurants.

Whether you yearn for fish and chips out of the paper, an up market restaurant experience, or even if fish simply isn’t your thing, there is something to suit all tastes and budgets, which is what is absolutely so perfect about Brixham!
