Chris and Catharine love owning our B & B and from the moment you step into Reception we hope you relax and have a lovely stay.  Situated in a tree lined road in a central yet quiet location, we are 500 yards walk from the seafront and both train stations, and just a short walk into the town centre.

All rooms have ensuite shower rooms, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryers and TV's.  Our rooms are a mix of doubles, twins and families with 4 rooms on the ground floor.  We have a decking area and garden.  We offer evening meals by arrangement.  We are a non smoking establishment but there is the decking area for smokers. 

Pick ups from train/coach stations available by arrangement.  Free Wifi access available.

There is plenty to see and do in the English Riviera for all ages, we are just a short stroll away from Torre Abbey Museum & Gardens, the Riviera International Conference Centre including the Waves fun swimming pool, have a round of crazy golf or pitch & putt.  Enjoy a boat ride across the English Riviera Bay to Paignton, Brixham or Dartmouth, look at the gorgeous views and take in the fresh sea air.

There are plenty of walks to enjoy, Cockington Country Park is a beautiful mix of picturesque well-ordered garden landscapes, open parkland, rural countryside and substantial woodland. Tucked in amongst this 450 acre country park are three pretty ornamental lakes, an historic Manor House with craft centre and studios, delightful thatched cottages and a quaint 11th Century church. Choice of cafes to enjoy coffee and cake or a lovely cream tea.

Walk along the clifftop coastal walks on the South West Coastal Path bursting with fantastic sea views, relax and enjoy all the sounds.
