Beautiful Victorian town house located above one of the UK’s busiest fishing harbours, with a proud maritime history, Brixham makes a fantastic place for a holiday in South Devon. The harbour is the main focal point of the town, but in recent years it has also become known for its arts scene and there are several galleries and workshops which are lovely to spend an afternoon browsing. The restaurants, as visitors might expect, mostly specialise in the local seafood brought home by the fishermen, and there are plenty which are well-regarded, some offering stunning sea views. Beach-lovers won’t be disappointed, as the town boasts several beaches, from the main Breakwater Beach to the quiet and secluded St Mary’s Bay.

Enter this three-storey property and you’ll be welcomed into the open-plan lounge kitchen/diner, with plenty of comfy seating to sit and relax whilst watching a film on the Smart TV with Blu-ray player. The dining area has space for everyone and is perfect for those family meals. The property is accessed via 14 steps to a small terrace to the front of the property, with a small table and chairs. To the rear of the property is a decking area with garden furniture. There is on-street parking available on a first come first served basis. There is a public car park a short walk away.
