A few minutes walk along the coastal path in either direction will provide a contrasting and appealing choice between the hustle and bustle of a a lively fishing port with its shops and restaurants or the tranquility of the Berry Head nature reserve and old fort. Here, the eagle-eyed observer might be lucky enough to spot dolphins or seals in their natural environment around the dramatic coastline.
For those inclined to stay closer to home, Breakwater beach is just a few metres away with its fabulous Breakwater Bistro offering sea views from its restaurant and cafe terrace. Rock pooling is a national pastime and there's definitely no shortage of coves and inlets in which to discover a myriad hiding places for the denizens of the deep!
Berry Head Hotel further up the road offers a luxurious cliff-top terrace bistro for those wanting to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a bit of luxury whilst gazing out across the sea, watching the trawlers return surrounded by hoards of hungry gulls!
Car parking is in the Marina car park close by and guests will be provided with a free permit for the duration of their stay. WiFi is included in apartments one and two.
