This superbly renovated and well presented Victorian Villa occupies a level position within just a few hundred yards of Paignton seafront, harbour and the town centre with excellent range of shopping facilities and local amenities, walking distance to the railway and bus station. Perfect for larger groups.

Having been remodelled by an architect and newly furnished already with excellent reviews, no expense has been spared, all the furniture is solid oak with brand new mattresses on the beds. The property features reception hallway, bay windowed lounge, open plan family dining room leading into a superb quality fitted kitchen/breakfast room. Also on the ground floor is a utility room and cloakroom/W.C Whilst on the first floor there are four bedrooms, two bedrooms have kingsize beds with en-suite shower room/W.C and there is also a family bathroom plus downstairs W.C. The third bedroom has a double bed and the forth has bunkbeds with a trundle making this ideal holiday accommodation for larger groups. Outside there are lawned garden to both the front and the rear of the Villa and additionally there is off road parking bay for two vehicles.

The property comfortably sleeps 8, however there is a trundle bed for a younger child and also a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Great for children with board games, Music media player, Blueray/DVD player and XBOX. The property will have internet access with an IMAC for guests to use to surf the net. Boasting the top Virgin media package in both the lounge and the kitchen diner with 62 inch and 55 inch television.

For our guests with younger children there are retractable stair gates at the bottom and top of the stairs. Stored in the property there is a full size cot and, a very cool highchair and changing mat and also plastic cups and saucers, potty, socket covers, a foldable bed guard if required and a few toddler games.There is a good sized garden with grass, patio .Outside there is a level lawned garden with flower border and gravelled area plus paved patio area and pizza oven/barbecue The garden is secure and enclosed by timber fencing.

The property is accessed via the side entrance and there are a few steps leading up to the door, the property can also be accessed through a gate leading to the main door again via a few steps.  Therefore the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
