A traditional fisherman’s cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham’s picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious lounge on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.
The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and wifi. It is situated at the top of a small flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.

Please note: There are steep stairs throughout this property making it unsuitable for children under five
