From the master bedroom you can access the outdoor, sunny terrace area. The twin bedroom has two single beds and is ideal for children, young adults or those wishing to share. The spacious, open plan living room and kitchen area has modern facilities including a large flat screen TV with Freeview channels, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Plover 3 provides easy access for guests with limited mobility and there is convenient onsite parking for visitors arriving with one car.

There are stunning coastal and sea views of Devon’s Beautiful Bay from this property and if you’re looking for a relaxing spot by the sea to unwind this is the ideal place for you.

The apartment has large windows and patio doors which lead to the delightfully sheltered terrace area which is furnished with modern patio furniture and ideal for some alfresco dining and evening drinks. All linen and towels are provided, and you will have full use of the modern kitchen and dining facilities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a range of utensils, cutlery and chinaware. For a special treat try some of the freshest, locally caught fish from England’s Seafood Coast with a delicious fish and chips supper, a must for all seaside visitors. 

Plover 3, The Cove overlooks attractive woodlands and the delightful Battery Gardens (0.1 mile), known as the ‘Grandstand of Torbay’ filled with a natural landscape of trees, shrubs, wild orchids and bluebells. It’s also only a short pleasant stroll to all the town’s amenities and attractions including Brixham Fish Market, Brixham Harbour, Golden Hind Museum Ship (0.7 miles); Brixham Theatre, Brixham Heritage Museum (1 mile) and the town centre.

A stones throw from the famous Brixham Berry Head National Nature Reserve

The famous Berry Head National Nature Reserve (2.2 miles), a gateway site to the English Riviera’s UNESCO Global Geopark can be easily accessed and is a popular location for birdwatchers, heritage lovers and ramblers. Take a short trip to Breakwater Beach (1.4 mile), a gently sloping small pebble beach, close to Brixham Harbour and iconic breakwater or Fishcombe Cove and Churston Cove on the outskirts of Brixham.  

If you’re planning to explore the local area using the excellent local transport services, there are buses (numbers 12, 17 and 22) running regularly between Brixham and the neighbouring towns of Paignton, Torquay and Babbacombe as well as good links to nearby Kingswear and Dartmouth, on the edge of the stunning River Dart. There are 20 beaches across the entire English Riviera, with 10 receiving top industry awards.
