This 1870 Victorian boutique guest house located on Paignton seafront underwent a full refurbishment in 2022 and has been returned to its former glory. A grand hallway welcomes you on arrival and accommodation comprises five deluxe bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms with stunning, unimpeded views of 'The Bay' from the front of the property. The ground floor front lounge looking over Paignton Pier and is ideal for socialising, with a second lounge for relaxing with large television and a modern hifi system and large Victorian balcony with dining area on the first floor. The property is double glazed with heating system, commercial fire alarm system and high speed wifi in each and every room in the property. The town centre and Paignton train station are just a short 10 minute walk from the property. Private parking is available at the rear of the property for up to 4 regular sized cars.
