We offer comfortable en-suite bedrooms with double, king, twin and family rooms. We welcome singles, couples and families but regret no stag or hen parties. We are within a minutes walk to the seafront and Paignton Green along the Esplanade. The green hosts events all summer long.
The town centre, rail and bus stations, shops, bars and restaurants are within a 5 / 10 minute walk. Seacroft is in an ideal location for beach holidays, sight-seeing and visiting the many attractions in the bay. Our conservatory and pretty patio garden are available to relax in at any time. We offer a good choice of breakfast in our light dining room from light dishes to full English breakfast. We offer free onsite parking.

We are close to Paignton sands and Goodrington beach, Paignton town centre, coach and train stations are a few minutes’ walk away meaning you are centrally located for all Paignton and South Devon have to offer.
Paignton is at the centre of stunning Torbay with blue flag sandy beaches, a Victorian pier and bustling harbour providing boat trips, fishing and watersports. Local attractions include Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Quaywest Water Park, Oldway Mansion, Agatha Christies Greenway House, Occombe Farm and much more. At the Harbour you can catch a water taxi to both Torquay and Brixham during peak seasons. If you like walking then the Paignton to Brixham sea walk if a 6 mile trek that will provide amazing vistas of the Devon coastline and sea.

From M5 Exeter Follow signs for Torquay, then Paignton. From the Esplanade Road, pass the Vue Cinema on the left and at the mini roundabout, turn right into Sands Road. Seacroft is on the right, just after the Esplanade Hotel, on the corner of Adelphi Lane. Turn right into Adelphi Lane for the car park at the rear of Seacroft.
