About
We offer a genuine, warm and friendly welcome, whether you are on holiday or business, we try to create a friendly atmosphere so that you can enjoy your stay in one of our stylish, comfortable en-suite bedrooms.
If you are celebrating an occasion, we are happy to organise flowers, chocolates and/or bubbly, all at cost price for you, just let us how much you want to spend before you arrive and we will arrange the rest for you.
There is plenty of choice at SIlverlands Guest House for your breakfast. Whether you choose our highly rated full English Breakfast or a something lighter, there is something for everyone and everything is freshly cooked for you.

Breakfast is served between 8.00am to 9.00am. Early breakfast or breakfast bags can be arranged, just let us know.
Silverlands Guest House is located in Torquay, the heart of the English Riviera. The seafront and harbour are approximately 1 mile, so easy walking, alternatively we are located on the main Stagecoach bus route (no. 12) which can take you to the town centre, harbour or sea front and even on to Paignton or Brixham. You can also go to Newton Abbot in the other direction. Torre train station is just a 2 minute walk from us, so travelling around the Torbay area without a car is easy.
We are happy to take singles, couples and families.
