Located in the English Riviera town of Brixham and is just a short walk from the harbour. The town has a long standing maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of it, offering visitors a choice of boat trips, from relaxing tours of Torbay, accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors, and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.
On entering this newly refurbished three-storey property, you will find yourself on the first floor which consists of two bedrooms, a utility cupboard and the family bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms on this floor is a light and airy twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request), the second bedroom is a double which offers panoramic views over Brixham. The utility cupboard offers a washing machine. Completing this floor is the bathroom, which offers a shower over bath and WC. Finishing this floor is the master bedroom, a spacious room which consists of a king-size bed, Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading down the stairs to the ground floor you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy a catch up with family and friends. The wonderful open-plan kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the delightful kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Explore Brixham
Life in the busy Devon fishing town of Brixham has always centred around the harbour, where heritage trawlers jostle for space with dayboats heading out to sea for the day’s catch, bringing it home daily to Brixham’s famous Fish Market. Here, in the heart of England’s Seafood Coast, the freshest fish and most delicious seafood is on the menu everywhere.
Brixham is the quintessential English harbour, with a colourful and vibrant feel all year round, making it as ideal for a summer holiday with the kids as it is for a romantic winter break for two, and in close proximity to the its neighbouring Devon resorts of Torquay and Paignton, as well as many other locations on the South Devon coast, it makes a perfect base for exploring the English Riviera.
Maritime Roots
Brixham’s history is filled with pirates and smugglers, and kids of all ages will enjoy Brixham’s swashbucklng Pirate Days. Head for the Old Fish Market during spring and summer to find a whole crew of salty sea dogs waiting to delight children with piratical fun. Children and adults alike will love the full size replica of the Golden Hind that takes pride of place in the Inner Harbour. A picturesque stroll along the waterfront past the Fish Market takes you to Brixham Battery Heritage Centre, on the site of the best-preserved Emergency Battery built along the British coastline in 1940. You’ll find details of this and many other historic Brixham sites on the Brixham Heritage Trail and App. There is plenty more about Brixham’s exciting maritime heritage at the free-entry Brixham Heritage Museum.
