The 25 offers six individually styled luxurious bedrooms to relax in, each with a fabulous en-suite.  Each room is completely different - see our website for lots of photos, full description and videos.  They feature the latest smart technology so you can operate the air conditioning, TV and lighting with Amazon's "Alexa" aswell as play music or interact with it.  

You’ll be greeted warmly, receive great service and appreciate lots of little touches you just don’t get elsewhere. The hosts Andy & Julian do everything so it's a really friendly attmosphere.

The 25 has onsite parking with spaces for all rooms.  The beach, restaurants, Torquay town and tourist attractions are a short flat walk away, the closest being Torre Abbey less than a five minute walk.

Fast Wi-fi, Nespresso coffee machines, air-con (ideal on the English Riviera!), iPads, fluffy dressing gowns, fresh milk, free movies on demand, Elemis toiletries, high pressure showers, homemade biscuits, mood lighting and super comfortable beds all come as standard.

In some rooms you’ll also find extras like a slipper bath, super-king beds and bathroom TVs.

Breakfast is also award winning and there's a great choice of cold items from the buffet selection on the sideboard, and hot items cooked to order from the extensive menu.  We cater for vegetarians, gluten free and vegan diets too.  You'll need to stay several nights to be able to sample all the different choices from the traditional full breakfast using local butcher's sausages, to Eggs Benedict or Royale or why not try the "Banner-Price Beans"?

Location : 10-15 min level walk to the seafront through the picturesque and historic Torre Abbey Gardens, and then on to the harbour which is another 10-15 mins. Taxis are also plentiful.  There's really no need for a car.  You can arrive by train (two stations within 10 min walk) and use ferries, trains, buses or walk practically everywhere.  Torquay is a great base for exploring the wider area too such as Dartmoor, Plymouth or Exeter.

If you've not been to the area before you'll be amazed at the amount of things to do, from museums to castles, stately homes to shopping, water sports to walking and much more besides.  See the Location page on our website for more information or have a read of Andy's blogs for inspiration.  If you're just looking to relax, we've got that covered too.  Less than 15 minutes walk brings you to a variety of bars and restaurants with outdoor seating in the sun or just stay and relax at The 25.  With such comfy bedrooms, Netflix, a bar and Andy's homemade daily treats you don't even need to leave!  There's a comfy Drawing Room to sit and read the newspaper or book in, or our sun terrace is a real sun trap until about 9pm in summer.

Torquay is a real foodie destination and has many wonderful restaurants and we'll recommend our favourites when you book (pre-booking essential).  We've got everything from great pubs, to local fish bistros (fresh fish from Brixham daily) and even a Michelin star restaurant (The Elephant).
