Visitors can walk the ‘Agatha Christie Mile’, a self-guided walking trail around Torquay to visit many of the places that inspired her and appeared in her famous stories. Each year the International Agatha Christie Festival attracts visitors from all over the world. Many venues across the English Riviera host Agatha Christie themed events and plays.

There are over 100 pubs and bars on the English Riviera, with many having amazing sea views and stunning countryside locations. The area is also known as England’s Seafood Coast for the quality seafood that is landed locally at Brixham (9.1 miles) and sold at the famous, Brixham Fish Market. Take an early morning tour for a behind-the-scenes look around the fish market and see the live auction that takes place each day.
