The Old Sail Loft Brixham is a 4 bedroom holiday home, nestled in the character filled fishing town of Brixham, Devon.

The unique property is a converted 1900's Sail Loft (originally used by the fishing industry to make and mend sails). This unassuming tall thin building in the harbour area was refitted in 2011 to create a Tardis like 4 bedroom property with period style but all the mod cons and easy access you wish for in your holiday home from home, now in 2017 it is available for Holiday lets, short breaks or full weeks+, changeover day is Sunday during peak season. It has a great harbour bowl location, with step free access from the harbour (relatively level - one small incline). Great for taking in this picturesque yet quirky harbour town, its winding streets and abundance of character.

This spacious property would suit couples, friends and families wishing to discover somewhere new. The property is child friendly with high chair and travel cot available (save your holiday packing space for more interesting things...)

Parking is available on surrounding streets, or virtual permits can be purchased from Torbay council.
