Perfectly located just off the main Esplanade Road and only 2 minutes from Paignton’s famous red-sand beach, we are in the midst of the hustle and bustle of this traditional South Devon seaside town. Just a short level walking distance from Paignton Bus, Train and Coach Stations we enjoy an enviable location extremely close to a friendly pub, and numerous restaurants all within easy walking distance. 

We have just 8 individually created guest rooms each offering a unique experience.

Deluxe King-Size Room 1
With Japanese-style soaking tub, designed for spending time in, Great for sitting in and reading, or watching the bathroom TV whilst sipping something chilled.

Deluxe King-size Room 2 
offers luxurious touches not often found: a spacious room with sofa & coffee table & 42” TV. If you peak into the ensuite you’ll find your own 2-Person Infra-Red Sauna.

Twin Room 3
is furnished with quality 3′ Single Beds with double-sized 10.5 Tog duvets to make sure you’re comfortable. It is styled and furnished to our usual standards, with in-room refreshment tray and toiletries.

Furnished with a quality 4-Poster Bed & matching furniture, Classic Double Room 4 offers old-world charm with modern facilities. Flat-screen 40″ TV, Digital radio with IPod docking station, with bath robes too.

Executive King-size Room 6
is spacious, furnished to a high standard & equipped with the modern conveniences that you need. There’s a 40″ TV, wall mounted, a couple of tub chairs & a coffee table so that you can relax comfortably.

Room 7 is suitable for stays where you don’t require the extras our feature rooms provide. It has a large ensuite shower room with a decent-sized shower cubicle, so if ensuite space is important to you then Room 7 is your ideal Double Room.

Located on the top floor at the front of the building and with a seaview to the right, Superior King-Size Room 8 is a well designed room with all the features you would expect from The 5-Star Paignton RESIDENCE.

Located on the top floor at the front of the building & benefiting from a seaview to the right, Standard Double Room 9 is a cosy room. There is a Digital Radio with IPod docking station, wall-mounted flatscreen 32″ TV, free WiFi and full refreshments, including bottled water.
