Welcome to The Sea Dog Retreat

A three bedroom cottage offering a private balcony overlooking the harbour as a great base for exploring Brixham, Torbay coastline, Dartmouth and many other locations.

Recently refurbished in February 2022.

The cottage is situated in a very quiet road with wonderful views over Brixham harbour.

The property is very well equipped and makes an ideal holiday location for families and couples alike.

The Sea Dog Retreat sleeps up to 6 people and is set over 3 floors with free WiFi internet access.

The 3 bedroom cottage is fully equipped to a high standard. All bed linen is provided and the beds are made up with white bed linen, duvets and pillows ready for your arrival.

Tea towels and bath towels are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a range of kitchen utensils, crockery, saucepans and frying pans, etc. There is also a washing machine located in the kitchen.

Stair gates are fitted on both floors of the property, a cot and high chair is also supplied free of charge. 

The lounge has a large corner sofa with a 40'' wall mounted smart TV and DVD player with a set of wooden coffee tables and LED flame effect electric fire.

The separate dining area has a wooden dining table with 6 chairs and a wall mounted smart TV. The dining area leads out to a patio area. The property also benefits from a balcony area with furniture and amazing views down to the harbour.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, wall mounted TV, bedside cabinets, dressing table and wardrobe.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wall mounted smart TV, bedside cabinets, chest of draws and wardrobe.

​The third bedroom is a twin room, furnished with two single beds, bedside cabinets and a wall mounted clothes rail.

​The bathroom has an over bath shower, WC and wash basin. There is gas central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms.

​We welcome up to two well behaved pets to the cottage, please use the stair gate - no dogs upstairs.

​Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps, some of which can be steep. Brixham is a hilly place with tight winding roads and steps across the whole of the harbour, if you have mobility issues sadly Brixham may not be for you.

​​Many of the properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks.

We supply a parking permit for 1 car in a secure car park around a 10 minute walk from the property. Alternative street parking is available closer to the property​.
