BRIXHAM SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

Perhaps the closest restaurant to the source of fish in the UK, our award winning seafood restaurant in Brixham sits in the world famous fish market overlooking the boats as they land their catch which arrives in our kitchen soon after. We have seating inside the restaurant and further seating for alfresco dining outside on the terrace which looks directly down to the fishing fleet. Our boat Rockfisher and other small fishing boats start landing from around 5pm each day, it's an exciting sight to see sustainable fish of all shapes and sizes coming ashore. There really isn't a better place to enjoy fresh seafood overlooking the water from where it was caught.

Rockfish is set amongst two floors, downstairs there is a takeaway and café selling seafood breakfasts and upstairs is a restaurant and terrace with table service by our friendly team. The terrace boasts beautiful views across the English Riviera and an exciting hustle and bustle of the fisherman coming ashore with their trawlers.

Our menu includes fish and seafood of all variety, from traditional fish and chips to Brixham crab and for every meal, we offer unlimited chips! We also have vegan and gluten free options available and a children’s menu that will please even the fussiest of eaters! We have a full bar with South West ales, a fantastic selection of quality wines and ice-cold Estrella Galicia – an excellent beer to accompany seafood.

The South Coast lands some of the best fish on the planet everyday. At the heart of fishing in the South West, and conveniently sitting right underneath our restaurant, is the Fish Market in Brixham, where every morning buyers from all over the world look to secure some of the catch. Our fish is selected by us each day at market where it is prepared on the harbourside by our skilled fishmongers and delivered each morning to our restaurant. We buy a selection of the best of the landings each day, from gurnard, to lemon sole and lobster. If we don’t have your favourite today, its probably still in the sea!

Rockfish is situated in Brixham, a small yet bustling fishing town offering plenty to see and do. Brixham Harbour is known for being a great place to crab.
