We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest ingredients for you to enjoy.

To ensure we are stocked with the freshest fish possible, we are supplied daily from Brixham trawlers. Our rare breeds of Beef, Pork and Lamb are supplied by the renowned family run farm, Feniton Court Estate, www.fenitoncourt.co.uk, and Etherington’s of Cornwall.

An extensive boutique wine list has also been created to specially complement the favours of our dishes. With great choice in terms of styles, grape varieties and price, we are confident in recommending these to our guests.
