Celebrate the Solstice and International Yoga Day by connecting with Nature’s energy and exploring one of Torbay’s most peaceful and picturesque heritage sites.
This unique yoga and guided walk event takes you through the breath-taking Berry Head Nature Reserve, a headland steeped in history and surrounded by the sea on three sides. With its iconic lighthouse, Napoleonic fort, and sweeping views across Torbay, Berry Head offers the perfect setting to connect with nature and celebrate the longest day of the year.
Immerse yourself in a guided walk along the stunning coastal path, taking in panoramic views at the lighthouse.
Enjoy a Summer Solstice-themed yoga session at a serene spot in the nature reserve, flowing through sun salutations, grounding poses, and meditation. your swimsuit if you’d like to take a dip in the pool after the session!
Conclude your experience with a sunset swim at Shoalstone Pool or a refreshing drink at Shoals Restaurant.
