4 Hesketh Mews is a holiday home in Torquay Devon accommodating a family of 6 (maximum of 4 Adults + 2 children). This delightful mews house has undergone a recent refurbishment to provide guests with an excellent quality central Torquay base, and is one of a small select development of executive 'Regency' style homes just a short stroll to the popular Meadfoot Beach. The accommodation is stylishly presented to provide an excellent quality self catering holiday home ideal for a family or couples holidaying together. The 3 level layout offers a spacious kitchen diner on the ground floor as well as a WC and a handy small 2nd lounge with tv and games. The sitting room is on the first floor. The master bedroom on the second floor boasts an en suite bathroom.
Hesketh Mews is ideally located in a peaceful area of Torquay walkable to the beach plus the large open grassed areas of Daddyhole Plain and Ilsham Valley. It is also close enough to walk down to the bustling harbourside with its large choice of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The start of a longer but extremely scenic cliff top walk to the harbour is also close by and shouldn't be missed. A short car journey will take you to the other popular local seaside towns of Paignton and Brixham.
Kitchen/dining room - 4 Hesketh Mews has a modern and spacious kitchen with dining facilities which is the hub of the house, located on the first floor of the property. This well-equipped area contains an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a wooden dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests which is perfect for enjoying many family meals during your stay.
Lounge - The lounge is located on the first floor and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. This space benefits from doors that lead out to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views ahead. There is a feature electric fire place on the wall which is perfect for those colder evenings.
Bedrooms -This charming property can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms that are split between the first and second floor. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and includes an en-suite shower room. This room has been beautifully decorated in a fresh pale blue colour scheme. Bedroom 2 and 3 both contain twin beds and again are decorated with a blue by the sea theme throughout.
Bathrooms - A family bathroom is located on the first floor this bathroom contains a bath with a hand-held shower, WC and wash basin. An en-suite can also be found in the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Finally, on the ground floor you can find a separate cloakroom with a WC.
Outside - This beautiful property contains an enclosed patio garden which is an ideal little sun trap and great for you to enjoy a morning coffee in or a lazy afternoon soaking up the sun. Located off the lounge is a balcony, enjoy a glass of wine here in the evening whilst admiring the scenery in front.
Parking - The property comes with a private garage parking space for one car
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
