From M5 jct 31 go onto A38 follow signs A380 to Torquay. After passing through Kinkerswell look out for the Welcome to English Riviera sign. Turn right at the roundabout onto the ring road A380. At the third roundabout take the left turn signposted Paignton Town Centre and Seafront. At T junction traffic lights turn left signposted To Seafront. Take 2nd turning right into Lower Polsham Road. Take the next 2nd right into Polsham Park.. Alpenrose is at no. 20.
