Road Directions
From M5 Leave M5 onto A38 then A380 signposted Torquay. At outskirts of Torquay turn right on to Ring Road signed Paignton. Stay on Straight on at next 3 roundabouts. At traffic lights at large junction turn left towards Zoo. Past the traffic lights for the Zoo. Tturn right at brow of hill in to Hayes Road leading to Penwill Way. Down steep hill then turn left at traffic lights. At the mini-roundabout turn right over railway bridge, follow this road towards sea front. After the next mini-roundabout St Andrews Road is 2nd turn on right. Hotel about 200 yards on right.
