Sharon and Ozzie have been running the Braedene Lodge Bed and Breakfast in Paignton for ten years and hope you will choose us as your hosts.

At Braedene Lodge you will find a warm relaxed atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms excellent food and a friendly service.

There is free car parking and we are on the level a few minutes’ walk from Preston Sands which is a blue flag beach, which is a clean sandy beach with childrens play area, toilet facilities and a Bar/ Restuarant. Ideal base for visiting Dartmoor National Park. Close to Paignton Zoo.Within easy reach of Torquay, Brixham and the South Hams i.e Dartmouth, Totnes and Slapton Sands.

There is a wide choice of places to eat or have a drink. The nearest is the very popular Ship Inn which is just a few yards walk, we are close to the main bus route that runs to Torquay and Brixham if you want to explore Torbay, the English Riviera. 

Breakfast is served at separate tables in our bright sunny dining room, full English is included in the price and we will cater for any special diet requirements.

The bedrooms are comfortable with most having en-suite facilities; two standard rooms with shared bathroom are available at a reduced price. We also have one room with a balcony. All rooms have a hospitality drinks tray, free view television and radio and we also have Wi-Fi access.

The rooms are serviced daily. We have a very attractive outside area for guests to sit and have a drink either on the patio or on the decking. Smoking is allowed on the outside decking area.
