Private parking in the grounds and easy access to main bus routes and close to the station. Three of the apartments on the ground floor have sliding patio doors leading to a balcony with seating overlooking the bay, and the fourth apartment also has sea views. All linen and cooking equipment is provided with beds made up for arrival. All units have a modern bathroom with bath and shower over are maintained to a high standard.

Flat screen LCD TVs in each lounge and Apartments 1 and 2 also have a TV in the bedroom.

Level walk to the railway station about half a mile and about a mile along the level seaside road to the Theatre and Harbour. At the end of the road there are bus stops for easy access into Torquay or Paignton.
Apartment 2 has an option for twin bed or superking double bed arrangement and all apartments have an option for a further double bed in the lounge as either a wall bed or sofa bed if separate sleeping is required.
