Ideally situated in a central yet very quiet residential/Conservation Area of Torquay, Court Prior Garden Apartment is within 10 minutes walking distance of the seafront, cafés, restaurants and amenities. And only 15 minutes walking distance to the High Street/City Centre & Harbour.

This cottage-style Holiday Apartment has been individually designed and fitted to a high specification; from the fully-fitted kitchen to the beautiful porcelain tiled floor and exposed ceiling beams throughout. The charming light & airy bedroom has a romantic, luxurious Victorian brass king bed, glass door onto the private terrace and a stylish and spacious en-suite with powerful shower.

The open plan kitchen/lounge is equipped with quality furniture and appliances, including a large dining table and comfortable two-piece leather suite, as well as 40” LED Freeview HD TV & DVD player.

The Garden Apartment has its own entrance at the side of Court Prior, accessible via a lighted terrace and two gradually-spaced sets of three steps. There is a large private patio which is West-facing and a real sun trap; ideal for alfresco dining, or simply relaxing with a G&T on the loungers as the sun goes down.

The Apartment is very DOG-FRIENDLY and pooches are warmly welcomed with a comfy basket, bowels and doggy treats as minimum. Plus, your furry friends STAY FOR FREE - but only when accompanied by their equally welcome owners, who do have to pay!

The Garden Apartment Sleeps 2 (adults only).

We offer flexible, Midweek arrival/departure days and accept short breaks of 3 nights minimum at most times of the year.

Free WiFi, all linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are included and the apartment is serviced on a weekly basis. There are no additional cleaning/utility/service fees.
