Welcome to the Kingsholm, a beautiful family run guest house in beautiful Torquay. Teija & Christopher welcome you to their home which is just 350 metres from Torquays vibrant and bustling harbour. Some of Torquays finest restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk away
The Kingsholm is in the heart of the English Riviera and the world class Geopark. Torquay Museum, Kent’s Cavern, and the Torquay Riviera Centre are all within easy walking distance. The holiday resort of Paignton and the quaint fishing village of Brixham are both a short drive away.
All guests staying with us enoy the benefits of free parking, free WiFi in all rooms and a freshly cooked breakfast. We have an elegant guest lounge overlooking Torwood Gardens which also has a honesty bar supplying a selection of beers, ciders and soft drinks. All our ensuite rooms are decorated to a high standard and have flat screen TV's, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, free WiFi in every room and USB charging point. Ironing facilities are available.
Our aim is to make your stay a pleasurable one. Being a small family run business means you will receive a friendly personal service with attention to detail at all times. From the moment we carry your luggage to your room you can start to relax and enjoy your stay.

From M5 ExeterEntering Torquay, follow signs for sea front and harbour. At sea front, turn left and rive past Princess Theatre, turning left at next roundabout. Follow road until you reach the clock tower. At this roundabout turn left into Torwood Street, which becomes Babbacombe Road.We are 400 yds ahead on the left-hand side, opposite Torwood Gardens, just after bowling alley but before museum. Our car park is reached via Museum Road, which is the next on the left.
