The restaurant offers modern-style evening dining served in art deco designed surroundings and a light and airy conservatory with pleasant views. Allergies and special dietary requirements can be accommodated. The evening menu consists of quality, freshly prepared hot and cold dishes using locally sourced ingredients and a three-course menu including starter, main and dessert is available. There are spectacular views of the sea and the uninhabited island, Thatcher’s Rock from Meadfoot Sea Road. The area has some historical links too as Charles Darwin, the famous author of ‘On the Origin of the Species’ stayed in the area in 1861.
