The property is a luxury three bedroom, two bathroom town house with a fantastic location just a short walk from Torquay harbour, beaches and town centre. In the immediate vicinity of the property are a convenience store, a café and a takeaway as well as The Old Vienna restaurant. Its central location make it an idea base from which to explore all that The English Riviera has to offer.
The property underwent a total refit in the summer of 2021 and has the most up to date kitchen and bathrooms and wonderful stylish rooms in which to relax while on a holiday in Torquay. It is truly the most perfect place for a self catering holiday in Torquay.
Accommodating up to six people on a self catering basis, the property has an open plan living space on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom here.
On the first floor is a double bedroom overlooking the rear of the property, a twin bedroom which overlooks the front of the property and a family bathroom which has a bath and shower over.
On the top floor is the main bedroom suite which runs the full length and width of the property. This stunning room has a stunning feature wooden bedstead and has its own ensuite with shower.
The property has a private sun trap courtyard and benefits from garage parking.

Lisburne Place is located off of Babbacombe Road a short walk to the harbour.From Torquay Train Station Take bus no. 12 to Torquay town centre. On the Strand walk up Torwood Street which becomes Babbacombe Road and the property will be on your right hand side after 6 minutes. Alternatively change to bus no. 22 (St Marychurch bus). Alight at Lisburne Place - 2nd stop, cross over the road and you will locate the property. A secure garage is provided as well as unrstricted on road parking close by.
