Rosedale is newly refurbished 4 bedroom cottage with off street parking. This beautifully finished cottage blends old with new as it retains it`s original indoor fire places but also offers todays luxuries.
It is a real home from home.
Located near St Marys, less than a mile from Brixham`s picturesque harbour and pebble beach and with the stunning South West coastal path close by.
We welcome responsible dog owners and have a generous garden for the dogs and you to enjoy.

The space

The cottage is detached and is large enough to accommodate 2 families but is equally cosy enough for just 2 - perfect for winter evenings with the real fire lit. There are 2 spacious bedrooms offering king size beds and then 2 smaller bedrooms.
The garden private and enclosed and is large enough to offer a sun bathing area with sunbeds and a quiet area with a hammock for some relaxation.

If you are bringing your furry family members with you then there is St Mary`s park (10min) walk away for walks and St Mary's Bay & Mansands beach are also doggy friendly all year round! If you need a list of doggy friendly beaches/walks then please let me know and I will be happy to send some info to you.

St Mary`s park also has an enclosed children`s play area and fitness equipment around the edge of the park.
