Roxedge is a superb spacious luxury coastal property, comfortably sleeping 14 people over 6 bedrooms,. The views from the property are simply outstanding, with nothing but nature between the house and the ocean, with breath-taking uninterrupted views over Babbacombe Bay, Lyme Bay, all the way over to Portland Bill.
Roxedge offers unparalleled levels of peace and tranquillity, with very little noise with exception of the sea and the birds. With direct private access onto the renowned South West coast path - the UK's longest and best-loved national trail, Roxedge is the perfect place to come to and bring your four-legged friends, with dogs’ welcome.

This beautiful home offers outstanding levels of luxury, with beautiful bedrooms, and spa baths, in 2 of the 3 bathrooms.
Boasting a cinema room, with a huge High-Definition projector and screen, with surround sound, Access to all of the movies you could possibly imagine, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Now-TV. As well as a Playstation 4, and a selection of games.
A full-sized slate bed pool table, a football table and a large selection of children’s’ games and toys are also available to keep everybody occupied. Along with infinite music on tap, with Spotify and Alexa.
For the fitness fanatics, there is also a dedicated mini-gym with running machine, cycling machine and weights.
Outside you will find plenty of space to play, entertain and relax. With several dedicated seating areas. The main decking area offers a large seating and dining space with absolutely stunning views over Babbacombe bay, along with a huge built-in luxury gas bbq and a granite topped food preparation area. The rear garden also boasts 2 other seating areas, along with a sunken trampoline. And for those evenings where you just want to stay outside, you can all sit around the large firepit.
