Awaken & align your body with this rejuvenating flow class. Step on your mat and move through wakeful postures that get the mind and body ready for the day ahead. Each class involves waking up the body, creating heat & energy with Sun Salutations then features a peak pose or sequence before ending in cool down and 10-minute grounding meditation. Sunset Yoga - Water nourishes the body and soul. Connecting to the water element during your yoga practice will help bring you into a state of calm and a deep appreciation for our beautiful surroundings. Sunset is such a magical time to practice and connect with the elements. Weekly classes at Jubilee Gardens above Breakwater Beach.
Coastal Yoga Walk - Explore our stunning Devon Coastline, mindfully take in the beautiful views, and connect with nature. A bespoke experience including breathwork, yoga, meditation, and connection. 3 different walks to Mansands Beach, Scabbacombe Beach, and the Daymark towards Coleton on the Coastal Path. Perfect for the adventure yogis!
