IMPORTANT TOP TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT -
MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR VISIT - As everything is in miniature, some of the characters, displays and Christmas scenes are not so visible after dark, to maximise your experience we strongly recommend timing your visit to allow at least hour of daylight too.
To fully experience day & night - We suggest arriving around 2.30-3.45pm and allow around 2.5 to 3 hours for your visit. Enjoy a daylight visit first, doing the spotter sheet challenge and Crazy Golf, then go around again after dark. NOTE: As the village is set in a valley, surrounded by trees, it is getting quite dark by around 4.15pm.
OR use our 'One FREE return visit within 7 days'. - On your first visit ask admissions for information. Keep your original admission receipt safe. You will need to show this along with a special voucher and your original card payment method (as one proof it is the same people returning). You can use this to return any time within 7 days during published opening hours, enabling you to make an earlier daylight visit and come back again for our illuminations, or vice versa. Free return is non-transferable and conditions apply.
