If your idea of summer heaven is relaxing on a beach, then the English Riviera is for you. Many of our stunning beaches hold prestigious Blue Flag status in recognition of their cleanliness and safety. With gently sloping shores, a treasure trove of rock pools and regular lifeguard patrols, these beaches are perfect for families with young children. Make our UNESCO Global Geopark your holiday playground

The English Riviera has designated UNESCO Global Geopark status in recognition of its diverse geological importance. The designated UNESCO Global Geopark status stretches right across the entire 22-mile coastline of the English Riviera. There are many points of interest within the Bay and our designation status is currently based upon the international importance of 32 individual geo sites, covering a story of three geological time periods, all found within a compact area. The summer allows holidaymakers the chance to really get to explore the countryside, beaches and all it has to offer.
