After opening it’s doors for the first time in 2011, Offshore has established itself as one of the most popular places to eat, drink and relax in the Bay.

Offshore boasts an enviable location on the waterfront in Torquay and has recently been presented with Gold awards by Taste of the West,  Food Drink Devon, and came 2nd in the "best food pub" category at the Devon Tourism Awards.

The newly refurbished interior has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and with a hundred seats on the pedestrian area outside, it is the perfect spot in the summer for al-fresco wining and dining.

At the core of Offshore's success is their ability to serve high quality food and drinks, with relaxed and friendly service,  and at the high pace that such a popular location needs.

Devon is blessed with an exceptional range of fresh food and drinks producers and Offshore's menu features the best that Torbay and Devon has to offer. Popular with locals, tourists, families and couples, Offshore is renouned for it's locally landed seafood, but there is something on the menu to please any pallette at any time of the day, at prices that won't break the bank.

The seafood dishes take pride of place on the menu.  Lobster, seafood platters, whole market fish and fresh mussels are all served with flare.  But if you prefer something more tradtional, the beer battered fish and chips is what you're after.

What's that?  There's someone in your group that doesn't like fish?   Don't worry, all the bases are covered, with quality steaks, burgers, pizzas and salads all on the menu.  The grilled peach salad has been particularly popular with vegetairans this year. Offshore's main menu has great options for vegetarians and vegans and most dishes can also be adapted to be gluten free on request.

The full main menu is available for lunch and dinner, but during lunch there are also tasty lighter options. Sandwiches and wraps with fresh fillings, homemade soups, ploughmans boards and afternoon teas are all popular. There are some nice options on the children's menu.

Don't forget breakfast!   Why not start the day with a cappuccino made with Voyager locally roasted coffee beans, a Luscombe fresh juice, or an iced fruit smoothy or shake.  Food options include avocado and poached eggs, full English breakfasts and American style pancakes. 

On the bar is a good selection of wines, spirits, local ales and classic cocktails.  Offshore also has great relationships with local drinks suppliers, including Bays Brewery, Dartmoor Brewery, Devon Rum, Torquay Coastal Gin, and many more.  In fact every year Offshore teams up with Bays Brewery to present a day of great local drinks and live music right on the harbour in Torquay. Offshore has a longstanding reputation for hositng some of the best live music in the Bay. Live music takes place between 9.30pm and Midnight, and  is always lively, but acoustic, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere. So whether you are meeting up for a drink and chat with old friends, or if you want to book a meal and enjoy the enertainment after, this is the place for you.
