Customer Reviews:

Decided to have a late Sunday lunch. Arrived at 210pm. Warm welcome. The lunchtime guests had just departed. Had a delicious salmon and scrambled eggs 😋. Very engaging lady served us. Will be going again.

You’d be hard pressed to find a better place for breakfast anywhere. Take great quality ingredients, prepare them with care to order and enjoy. Can’t fault it. Friendly, quick, but never rushed service.

A full English that won’t disappoint ! The daly specials are always truly interesting and definitely not to be missed. The staff are helpful and kind . Come and enjoy this charming little bit of heaven.

Ilsham Valley, Torquay

There is a fine cluster of desirable independent shops in Wellswood Village.  Take a stroll down the hill past Kent's Cavern to the long meadow overlooked by Ilsham Woods. This tree-lined grassy expanse leads down to the coast and the sheltered Meadfoot Beach with its rocky, stone and shingle areas.

This delightful valley is a superb spot for picnicking with plenty of open space for the children to run around and is ideal for larger groups. Bring a frisbee along or have some fun playing soft-ball games with family teams. The area is very popular with dog walkers and local sports groups who enjoy the junior football grass pitches and community gatherings so there’s always plenty going on to watch or even take part in.
