Our award winning English Riviera Visitor Information Centre has a wheelchair ramp in the front doorway entrance with wide double opening internal doors.

The floor layout has been designed to be wheelchair friendly allowing a good, unrestricted turning area.

A  moveable chair is available for customers.

Our staff have received disability and dementia awareness training.

We are happy to talk to visitors outside our office (eg. anxious visitors) and have a doorbell, we can also arrange a zoom call if required.

An Audio Frequency Induction Look System - (AFILS) hearing loop is available.

A magnifying A4 page is available by request.

The majority of leaflets and posters are displayed internally and externally for easy viewing and access.

We provide information on disabled car parking, accessible toilets, RADAR keys, accessible beaches and equipment hire which is also displayed in our window and on our website.
