We are proud to say that all of our food is completely homemade with fresh local ingredients and produce. Because of this, if you have any allergies it is possible to make separate versions of most of our dishes to suit your needs, if we are aware in advance.

STARTERS
Carrot and Clementine Soup, served with fresh garlic and rosemary focaccia. (v) (vg)
Chicken, Apricot and Brandy Terrine, served with Piccalilli and toasted crostini.
Crab and Smoked Salmon Parfait served with king prawns and rocket salad.

MAINS
Roast Turkey Breast Parcels, wrapped in streaky bacon, pork and sage stuffing, pigs in blankets and a white wine and onion gravy.
Hazel and Brazil Nut Roast, with Lemon Thyme, with white wine and onion gravy. (v)
Braised Lamb Shank, in a rich red wine, rosemary and redcurrant gravy, served with fresh mint sauce.
Beetroot and Butternut Squash Tarte Tatin, with zingy salsa verde (v) (vg)
All accompanied by roast potatoes and parsnips, Brussel sprouts, slow cooked spiced red cabbage, cauliflower cheese with leeks, and freshly steamed carrots.

DESSERTS
Christmas Pudding, with Cognac and Amaretto, served with either vanilla custard, vanilla ice cream or brandy cream. (v)
