The Global Geopark Management Committee, chaired by Nick Powe from Kents Cavern, is the lead organisation bringing together all the strategic partners involved in ensuring that we work together to retain our UNESCO accreditation, which, in terms of Destination Marketing, is hugely important. With sustainability and Carbon Neutral all now high on the agenda, protecting our natural environment and in particular our marine environment is critically important with our Destination Brand slogan: ‘Naturally Inspiring’. The CEO of the ERBID Company attends the Global Geopark Management Committee meetings.
