The English Riviera visitor website is the ERBID Company's most important digital asset and currently attracts over one million visitors a year. The new website was created in 2021, to lead the way post-covid recovery. It is ‘mobile first’ website featuring bold and stunning bespoke design, impactful imagery, video and inspiring content.
For the first time the website also uses imagery sourced directly from social media, integrating approved user generated content through the adoption of Crowdriff to give the site a truly authentic and very engaging feel. Full screen video with soundtrack is used, making an immediate impact compelling the visitor to want to find out more.
Actively encouraging prospective visitors to book now, is a key message throughout the site with increased integrated online booking functionality for both accommodation and visitor experiences, including integration with TXGB to extend global reach.
The site is a significant size with all eligible 1100+ levy payers each having their own product page. In addition, there are over 300 editorial pages, and over 100 blogs. The English Riviera BID Company invests heavily in professional SEO, copywriting and website management to ensure that the website continues to be a leading platform.
